Based on the success of the past seventeen Eilat Conferences on New Antiepileptic Drugs (AEDs), the Organizing Committee takes pleasure in inviting you to participate in the Eighteenth Eilat Conference on New Antiepileptic Drugs and Devices (EILAT XVIII), which will take place in Madrid, Spain, May 3-6, 2026.

For the forthcoming conference, we will be continuing with debates as well as adhering to the format of the previous conferences which are designed to provide an in-depth progress report on new antiepileptic drugs in various stages of development, as well as to present new findings on second-generation treatments.
​
​After the success of the 2014, 2016, 2018, 2022 and 2024 conferences which were all held in Madrid, Spain, we have decided to hold the 2026 conference there again.
